Customer Notice – Upcoming Travel

Dear Customers,

I will be travelling to New Zealand for family matters over a long weekend in March.

  • Dates away: Thursday 19 March – Monday 23 March
  • Last available service day: Wednesday 18 March
  • First day returning: Tuesday 24 March

During this time, online bookings, SMS, and voicemail will remain active. I will respond to messages and calls when possible while travelling and will follow up on any outstanding enquiries upon my return.

If your appliance develops a fault, please record any error or fault codes that appear, as these can sometimes be intermittent and helpful for diagnosis.

 

Please note the following service updates:

  • I am no longer servicing ovens or cooktops, and small appliance repairs are no longer offered.
  • I continue to service domestic refrigeration, washing machines, dryers, and dishwashers.
  • I am also available for rewiring of those precious lamp products.
