As a sole trader, I may not always be able to answer calls straight away. If I miss you, please leave a voicemail, send a text, or email, and I’ll get back to you as soon as possible – usually early afternoon once I’m back at base.
If you choose to use the contact form, response times may be a little longer. Emails are typically checked and replied to early in the morning before I head out for the day.
If you haven’t heard back within 24 hours on a business day, or if your enquiry is urgent, please don’t hesitate to follow up.

Customer Notice – Upcoming Travel
Dear Customers,
I will be travelling to New Zealand for family matters over a long weekend in March.
- Dates away: Thursday 19 March – Monday 23 March
- Last available service day: Wednesday 18 March
- First day returning: Tuesday 24 March
During this time, online bookings, SMS, and voicemail will remain active. I will respond to messages and calls when possible while travelling and will follow up on any outstanding enquiries upon my return.
If your appliance develops a fault, please record any error or fault codes that appear, as these can sometimes be intermittent and helpful for diagnosis.
Please note the following service updates:
- I am no longer servicing ovens or cooktops, and small appliance repairs are no longer offered.
- I continue to service domestic refrigeration, washing machines, dryers, and dishwashers.
- I am also available for rewiring of those precious lamp products.
